welcome to Norton Juxta twycross

Norton Juxta Twycross is a small, peaceful village nestled in the north-west of Leicestershire, close to the border with Warwickshire.

Steeped in rural charm, it sits within a patchwork of rolling countryside, farmland, and winding lanes, offering the sense of a traditional English village setting.

To the east, the village is bounded by the Ashby Canal, a scenic waterway that once played a vital role in the transport of coal and goods during the Industrial Revolution and is now a haven for narrowboats, walkers, and wildlife.

Its location places it within easy reach of nearby market towns and attractions, while still maintaining a tranquil, close-knit community atmosphere that reflects its historic roots.

Only 20 days to go before the crowdfunding is completed we are nearly half way there.
For now the development has been shelved, but it hasn’t gone away completely.
The one way we can make sure is to commission a substantial ecology survey of the land around us, so please donate whatever you can give, to protect the countryside from developers.
